62 years old male with uncontrolled diabetes and hypothyroidism had a fall from stairs leading to trimalleolar fracture of left ankle with subluxation of ankle joint. Open reduction and internal fixation of trimalleolar fracture ankle left were made. Now all bones are well reduced and fixed in a stable position. The ankle joint is well reduced.
