57 years old female sustained fracture neck femur left for which Bipolar partial hip replacement left was done in 2015 elsewhere. The patient presented to us with pain while walking. On examination, she was found to have loosening of prostheses, uncontrolled hypothyroidism, and severe Osteoporosis. Total hip replacement was done. As bone was very weak, there were a few fractures that were also fixed, and treatment for Osteoporosis was started. Now all fractures have united, and the patient is doing pain-free walking. She is pain-free and pleased.
